It has a quality about it that reminds me of the book: girl with a pearl earring, not sure why as its not the same era etc. It’s just such a strong image. I’m very impressed.

And, my apologies for not responding to your earlier comment about the Girl With A Pearl Earring. That golden color on the wall where the mirror was is reminiscent of the gold on the front cover of the book, I think.
